1995 Eagle Vision Car Stalls and wont restart for a while

I have a 95 Vision that sometimes will not start or will stall and not restart. I have to press down the accelerator a bit to get it to start and if I keep it above 1000 rpm it seems to run. Will need to do this for a while before it idles on its own. Where do I start

Do you have a check engine light?

Check the coolant temperature sensor and idle air control motor

No check engine light. I'll check the other two item out. Thanks for the ideas
