Dual climate control A/C will not work

I cannot find the problem with my A/C unit. I have discovered that it is not the blower motor after purchasing a new one and there was still no power to the unit. I ran a self diagnostic test and it displayed a code 30. I am unable to even find code 30 anywhere, all of the dx code list jump from 29 to 31 for some reason. It is 90 degrees outside. Help! Thanks

Are you sure it's power that you don't have at the motor or could it be ground. You need to know that.
