Loses speed jerks and backfires

While driving it starts to lose speed it jerks and backfires. Put in neutral it will idle, it revs up and sometimes it will not rev up.

Hello,

This sounds like you have a fuel pump going out. Lets start by doing a fuel pressure test. Here is a guide to help you get started:
