The heat on my driver’s side sometimes stops working - blend door actuator?

My set up does not have the tensioner so I have to work the belt on with zip ties I think. I was just curious if this tool helped get the belt on somehow when there was not a tensioner present.

For anyone in the future.

This was the only helpful hit on Google I could find for my 2011 Yukon's rear A/C where the actuators are hidden. (BEHR)

The part number for both actuators is 15887322.
