Windows will not go up and down and the locks do not work after replacing the driver and passenger doors?

Hi, I recently replaced my drivers' doors and driver’s passenger side door. Now my windows will not go up and down and the locks do not work. Also, it says the driver's side passenger door is open when it's closed now.

I would remove the door panel and recheck the electrical connectors, also the main wiring harness connector inside the car at the kick panel needs to be checked as well. If they seem okay, I would start by checking the fuses with the systems on. Here is a guide to help and a guide to help you check the fuses:

Hi Ken L, thank you for your time. The people who replaced it for me said, maybe the operating system has to be reset. I used doors from a hatchback model for my se model if that makes a difference. An official ford rep even looked it up to confirm that it was compatible.
