Door locks, passenger side switch only unlocked?

The driver's side door lock switch both locks and unlocks passenger side switch only unlocked. Grounds are good it's getting power.

This happens when the door lock switch on the passenger's side goes out, but to be sure you can test the connection by following this guide and I have included the door lock wiring diagrams in the images below so you can see how it works and which wires to test.

It's not the switch. I have two brand new switches that work on the driver's side for both lock and unlock and soon as I put them on the passenger side it only unlocks.

It sounds like a broken wire at the door jamb which is common. Use the wiring diagrams above to test the connections and repair the wire as needed.
