I took off from a stop, making a right turn. When I turned the wheel back to straighten it up it had some resistance. I then wiggled the wheel back and forth as I was driving, no issues except there it was a little titer. I went around a corner same thing, when straitening up the wheel, resistance. When I stop to turn on to my road, I couldn't turn the wheel left at all. I had to go up the road and turn right in to a lot. Sitting in the lot I tried to turn the steering wheel left it wouldn't move but it would move to the right. I got out looked under the hood and the truck nothing looked out of the norm. After I got back in the truck I could turn the wheel to the left.

Put it into 4wd and try turning while driving slowly. If it forces the steering wheel back to center so hard you can't hold it, suspect a tight front outer universal joint.
