I am just wondering what a rough estimate would be to replace the belt tightening spring and the belt itself. The dealer called me and said it needed to be replaced but said parts alone would be $200 plus labor. Does that sound about right? Seems a bit pricey to me.

Hi
Advance Auto has tensioner for $67 vs. Dealer $167
Belt $25 vs. $57
Labor is.8hr. So if rate is $100hr. Then $80
Not a difficult job think you can DIY?
Let me know
Thanks for donate
