1997 Dodge Ram engine wont start

It was -20 out and I tryed to start my truck and it fired a few times but would't start, batt. Went down so I put charger on it with 200 amp boost, still woudnt start, I fugured the oil was too thick I changed it to a thinner oil, now it cranks over fast but still won, t fire. I tryed starting fluid no help it seems like there is no spark

Check fuse no.9 10amp if okay-test the ASD relay it powers the coil

That fuse is good and I swaped the relays around

Have helper turn key to run while you listen to the ASD relay did it click

I dont have anyone here to help me but I had the key in the run position and pluged the relay in and didnt hear no click. I just checked for power at the coil too. No power there

I want you to check for power at the fuel pump connector dark green and black wire -do you have it

I cant find the connector for the fuel pump.I do smell gas at the tail pipe when I crank it over

When my wife gets home from work I can have her crank it over and I can check for spark

Ok I replaced the asd relay with a new one still no spark

I rented a scan tool and I get an error message when I try ro check for codes, it says verify the control module is not defective

Your ignition system is it a distributor/DIS or COP?

It has a distributor, I just checked and I have power to the ecm and both ground wires are grounded I think I have a bad ecm

The ECM are you refering it as the computer or the ignition control module?

Best test the coil, distributor pick-up coil, camshaft and crankshaft sensors before you think about the brain its expensive-get back and let me know

The check engine light is not coming on when I turn on the key and no power to the fuel pump and no power to the injectors or the coil, so im thinking its the computer, I found a rebuilt on on ebay for$189. W/exchange

You're getting down with the computer-If the ASD relay is not energized by the computer you'll lose all 3 of them-
