I was driving my truck like normal and the engine just stopped running, everything else was on at that time it stopped also. I tried to start the engine but it just sounded like an engine that was flooded and almost starting. What do you think the problem is?

Are there any codes? You should be able to cycle the ignition switch to see if there are any codes, on--off, on--off, on, you just cycle the key till the dash lites come on, no further. The mil starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes.

You can do some basic tests, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, check fuel pressure.
