Transmission slips out going from first to second gear, then seems to warm up and is okay

I have the slt model. I don't have any codes. Lately, it has been hesitating before engaging into reverse. Fluid is not leaking and it has a new rubber gasket.

Good afternoon,

It sounds like the filter is clogged with debris. I would start by changing the fluid and the filter.

If that does not take care of it, you have bad seals in the transmission.

The filter and the fluid are pretty new. I checked with a friend who has been helping with it.
