my fuel pump wont turn on an I checked the fuel pump relay switch an it was good and I made sure everything was connected it is a new fuel pump an I cnt hear the hum it is suppose to make when u turn the key on I dont know wat to do an need help to get it runnin

Welcome to the forum, what is litre size of engine? Check for codes, if you haven't already. You should be able to get some codes, if there are any, by the mil method. You cycle the key, turn till dash lites come on, no further. Cycle on--off, on--off, on, the the check engine lite starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. Your looking for two digit codes.

Engine cranking, you may need to check for rpm signal?
