What all could cause "wobbly" sterring? I can feel it in the steering wheel mainly from 15-45 mph. Tire pressures are okay, only thing I've done, the left two were lower than the right two tires. Matching the air in the tires didn't seem to help anything and I don't know anything about cars. Are their other factors that could be causing this and if so what are they?

Balancing of the tires, tie rod ends, front end alignment. Are usually the faults to this problem

Look for a shifted belt on one of the tires. You may actually see a bulge in the tread area. Since this is happening at the speeds you state, don't fool around with this as it may be more serious. If there is a part loose like legit says, it has to be in pretty bad shape.

Thanks all for your feedback. It ended up being a separated tire, so the shifted belt was correct.
Got a couple of new tires and everything is fine now. Thanks again.
