2003 Dodge Caravan starter

2003 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Automatic

replaced battery, starter relay, and when you try to start the onlt thing that happens is the starter relay clicks. Plus the starter is always gettting power to it even when the key is turned off, is it suppost to always be getting power to it?

Hello, yes, there is a cable that comes from the battery to the starter solenoid, hot all the time. Smaller wire yellow with gray stripe, should be hot with the key in the crank position. You could also use a testlite, check the voltage circuits at the starter relay in the integrated power module.
