1992 Dodge Caravan Starter

Where is the starter located on a 1992 Dodge Grand Caravan LE with a 3.3 liter? I am having problems figuring out why it won't start. I have put a different battery in it, and still all I get is instr. Panel lights and the fan coming on, but nothing else. I have tried to see if was the starter relay and still nothing happens. Anymore suggestions as to why it won't start?

At the bottom, front of engine. And check all of your power and grounds. Something is unplugged. If your not getting any sound with a different battery. Get back to me with your findings
