2002 Dodge Caravan A/C AND HEATER FAN

When I turn on the air conditioner or heater I have a humming noise coming from motor or the fan. What part do I need to replace. It did this two years ago. He said; There was a switch or something else I think. But I could have misunderstood him. Eventually when I cut it on it will not blow or not come on. I have a Dodge/caravan 2002.

Do you feel air coming out of the vents-if not could be the blower motor-try tapping around the motor maybe it might come On. If so check connections-
