Electrical problem
1996 Dodge Caravan Automatic

My front left signal light started to flash really quickly so I changed the bulb and it appeared to work O.K. Then the front right signal displayed the same issue and I changed the bulb and it still flashes quickly. If this is the flasher control unit, where is this located and is it a job that can be done by a non-professional? There also appears to be a clicking noise coming from around the headlight switch that may or may not be related. Any idea's? I'd be grateful.

Thanks,

Wudze.

Yes you can easily change your flasher switch and I believe that is your problem. Look under the dash inside the fuse box or in the vacinity of it, mine was inside the fuse box. Just make sure your car is off and to be supersafe, disconnect the negative battery cable firstttt.
