1996 Dodge Caravan Left Turn Signal Not working

I replaced a left tail light assembly and now the left turn signal and flasher do not work. The front left turn signal blinks very fast. I replaced the bulb, but that did not help. I am not sure if the turn signal worked before because the light has been broken for a long time.

Make sure you used the correct bulb in the right place (rear )
and if so check ground wire

Use a test light connected to a known good power and or use voltmeter
at the bulb socket u should have power and ground
if not check the wire of what missing
