1996 Dodge Caravan shakes real bad

I just bouhgt new tires for the front of the van but when you are driving sometimes it shakes real bad then some times not my muffler is loud does that have anything to do with it I dont think it do but what do I need done to make this stop this problem just started a week ago

Did it start after the new tires were put on?

Try having all the tires balanced and make sure the bearings are good. Did anything happen before that happend? Loud exhaust wont cause a vibration like that.
