1994 Dodge Caravan oil and coolant leaks

I have an oil leak it is low on the engine on the front passenger side, any ideas what may cause this? I have been told that it may be the head gasket, but as it is low on the engine this does not seem right, we have replaced the oil pan gasket, and that area seems to not be the problem. Please help?

What size engine do u have
3.0L if I recall were very notorious for cam seals oil leak

It is a 3.0, the cam seal seems to be too high for I what I am looking at underneath. The oil sending unit is another possiblility?
