Hi! 5 months ago, I drained the green coolant and refilled with Mopar's long-life red coolant. 3 weeks ago noticed leak at the front left head/intake manifold gasket. After pressure test at dealership confirms very minor leak ( a teaspoon or two on my driveway everyday), would replacing the red back to green coolant stop the leak? Or would there be any engine damage if I don't do anything except maintain coolant level?
Thank you both.

At this point changing back will not stop a leak, The problem you have is the aluminum casting of the head and the intake will corrode if it hasn't already. At some point the leak will cause overheating, then damage to heads or motor, will increase. Repair the leak as soon as you can!
