Need to know how to remove bracket

Bracket?

Strap maybe?

IF the bolt is spinning, your going to have to cut the strap and get the tank out so you can access the bolt on the other side and do what you have to to remove it.

Sorry I was kinda vage know to drop the tank there is a bracket not allowing it to drop
