Hello, I just changed my fuel pump & filter and the van was not getting fuel. I checked and discovered that the pump was not getting power. I jumped the pump and I heard the pump operating. During the jump, I disconneted the main filter output to see if gas will come out and it was just air, not gas. Any advise will be appreciated. God Bless!

Hello, Thanks for the lightning quick answer. Where exactly is the PTC 1 9amp? I have located the other relays. I am still confused why when direct power is applied to the fuel pump, gas would not pump out. There are quite a few fuel lines. Could there be an configuration problem?
