1992 dodge Caravan 3.0L. I am not getting any voltage at the fuel pump. I suspect the fuel pump relay. My problem with that is, There are several relays under the hood and they all look the same. How do I figure out exactly which relay is the fuel pump relay?

It is the front relay of the four. It may be your ASD relay as it also provides voltage to the fuel pump relay. The way to test if the ASD relay is working and still suspect the Fuel pump relay you can spray a little starting fluid into the throttle housing. If the van starts, then the ASD is okay, and the fuel pump relay may be bad. There is also a wire connector that is in line that could have an issue.
