Engine Cooling problem
2007 Dodge Caliber 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 90000 miles

when I am idling or in heavy traffic in summer car temperature wil rise, but as soon as I am driving normal, will go back to normal, in winter does not do this

The cooling fans for radiator has nothing to do with or without AC

If not on possible reasons are temp sensor, relay or fan motor. Warm engine to operating temp fans come on at 190 -200 if not test for voltage at fan
