My car seen like its not getting enough gas. When I stop at the light and try to take off it surges and go slow than it go. I replace wires, plugs, sensors, fuel pump, and injectors and now I going to replace the fuel pressure regulator. Once it go it go, but then when I stop it starts all over again. Some say it the distribtor.

You have a vacuum leak. Look at every single vacuum hose under the hood. One of them is either unplugged, broken, or has a hole. Also look at your EGR valve, EGR solenoid and the pipe where it is attached to the block and to the manifold.
