Determine if a car has not been driven or even started in a year

Ignore the make and model of the car they did not have what I am asking about. It is a 2016 slingshot. My ex left it in my car and it has not been driven for months or up to a year. He is claiming I drove it last week. Is there a way by looking at any component to determine if the car has not been used or even started in a long period of time. Please help I am an engineer and would think there would be some way.

Probably if there is fuel in the fuel rail still this may indicate that it was started recently, if it was left for a very long time fuel would have drained or back and there would be no fuel in the fuel rail. But I cannot give a concrete guarantee that this will be the case.
