When jump starting my truck, jumper cables were hooked up backwards accidently. Only thing that works now is horn and lights. Nothing on ignition side, not even door dinger when you put the key in.

Have checked all fuses under hood and inside, all good. Battery cables look okay, no melted or burnt.

What else can I check?

Good morning,

I attached a picture of the fuse block for you. There is an 80 amp fuse that I circled. You need to test for power at that fuse. It should have voltage all the time. That supplies power to a lot of the systems.

Check the voltage on both sides. The fuse may look good but maybe broken internally from the voltage surge of hooking up the cable backward. You could also remove the fuse and check the fuse with the ohmmeter portion of the voltmeter.

Thanks for the info! The fuse you indicated was bad, got it changed out tonight and I have dash lights now. Getting a new battery tomorrow to put in, old battery didn't have enough to crank it. Hopefully that will get me going. Thanks again
