I drove on a very bumpy road and was very low on fuel. While driving the car lost power and I coasted to a stop on side of road after which the car didn't start. I added fuel to the tank and it still didn't start. Had car towed home. I bought a new battery, no start. Replaced the TPS, no start. I even replaced the PCM and it won't start. Please help

Good evening,

Can you hear the fuel pump come on when you turn the key to on? I would check the fuel pressure. Running out of fuel ruins the fuel pump as the fuel is a lubricant as well as a coolant for the pump.

Can you see an RPM signal on the dash when you crank it? That will tell me if the crank sensor is working.

I would also do a compression test as well.
