I tested every fuse wire on my car and it does not start. I realize this is a anti-theft or immobilizer issue. I would really appreciate an exact way or ways to disarm, reset or what have you so that I can get back to work which I've been out of for a week and a half now. I don't have the money to have it towed or pay Nissan dealership $100.00 or whatever to reprogram it when I'm pretty sure there's a way that I should be able to do it myself if just given a more specific answer as I've read through I believe a hundred different ways and tried them all with no satisfaction to getting my car started. I greatly appreciate anyone's effort to helping me out. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to 2CarPros. The security light blinking then going solid means there is a failure in part of the anti-theft system. Either it cannot read the key to verify that it is correct or one of the modules has failed. In either case the first step is to use a dealer level scan tool to access the anti-theft system and run the diagnostics that will show what the failure is. No way to test the system without the scan tool. Sorry.

Sorry it wasn't better news. Nissan is one of the brands that makes the security system tough to work on without a scan tool. Some of the others give a hint in the way the light blinks or the way the engine acts. Nissan just shuts it all down.
