There was a loud knocking/tapping sound I think it was coming from the timing chain stabilizer bar, then after I turned it off it wouldn't start again. So, I have changed timing belt (all the belts) cam shaft sensor, distributor, water pump, and fuel pump, and I cannot get it to start. Any suggestions?

Hello,

Generally speaking, an engine will need spark, fuel and compression to start.

You said you changed the timing belt, can you confirm that it was the timing belt and not the serpentine belt that runs the A/C, alternator, power steering etc.

When you turn the key, what does it do? Does it just crank over but not start?

Also, you mentioned not getting fuel. Have you confirmed this with a fuel pressure gauge?
Are you able to hear the fuel pump when the key gets turned to the on position?

Take a look at this helpful guide, it covers the typical no-start issues:

What really concerns me is the loud noise you heard before shutting off. It is possible that you have internal engine damage.
If the timing belt were to break with the engine running, it would damage the valves in the cylinder head. It can also damage the piston.

One way to check if the valves are damaged is to do a compression test on the engine.
If the valves are bent, it will have low to no compression in the cylinders.

Please let me know what you have been experiencing.
Thank you.

Well, directly after I posted this question it turned over, I'm not sure what the problem was because when it was all said and done one of the relay's was not put back in the proper "slot" (my roommate and Boyfriend are doing the work. I'm not a mechanic, i'm simply relaying the information, but I did discover the relay out of place) my boyfriend says he thinks it's out of time now, because although it starts now it's barely stays running. Please listen to the video? What could it be now?

It almost sounds like something is broken/loose inside.
The fluctuation of the engine speed could be due to a vacuum leak.
Let's start with basics, make sure the oil is at the correct level.

Also is the check engine light illuminated.
If so scanning and retrieving the code(s) can be helpful.

The fuel temperature sensor is integrated with the fuel pump module.
The code P0183 is typically due to a wiring issue.

I have attached the diagnostic steps for code P0183 below.
Following these steps can help you determine the cause of the P0183 code.

Okay, so we put the code reader back on first thing to see what's what after she's had a good night sleep, lol, and she's not very happy today we have six codes now, but i'm thinking they probably all tie in together and fixing one thing will probably solve it all or something like that.

So, they are:

P0102, mass or volume air flow "a" circuit low input
P0107 manifold absolute pressure/barometric pressure circuit low input
P0113 intake air temperature circuit high input bank 1
P0335 crankshaft position sensor a circuit malfunction
P0340 camshaft position sensor circuit malfunction (bank 1)
P0183 fuel temperature sensor a circuit high input

My roommate is going to clear them and do another test to see what it says, but that's what we're working with this afternoon so far.

Were you able to have the codes clear?
If so did any of them come back on?

Let me know the outcome.

I'm so sorry for the delay in getting back to you, we got it started! But it has no power, it keeps "jumping time" he has it all perfectly set, checked everything and then started it and it is out of time. So, we are trying to figure this out now, they think it may be the Harmonic balancer? But if you have any troubleshooting ideas why it would jump time like that?

So, did the timing belt get changed?
The vehicle can jump time if the belt is worn or loose. It can also jump time due to a weak tensioner for the timing belt.
