So my car was overheating I thought, because my radiator had a small crack in the top of it. While driving down the road it started overheating really badly and didn't stop when turned the heater on, it had fluid in it and in the extra fluid bin. Well, it shut off while driving and kind of gave this wind noise and it quit running like it had run out of fuel. So, we changed the fuel pump, one of the ignition coils, changed all the spark plugs, and changed the MAP sensor. I noticed that the intake manifold was extremely dirty in it when spraying starter fluid in there. When trying to start it, it sprayed it back out at me the same way I sprayed the starter fluid. It has spark. I don't know where to even start to see what is what. Please help.

Overheating like that very likely damaged the engine to the point it isn't easily repairable without a lot of work. That engine is known for head gasket failures. I would start with a compression test and a leak down test.
