Cranks but no start

I have rebuilt my car listed above it is a vr6, twelve valve engine.
1. Changed head gasket.
2. Cleaned valves and Springs.
3. Replaced rod barrings.
4. Piston rings.
5. Sent cylinder head in to b cleaned.
6. Replaced spark plugs and wires coil package.
7. New battery.
8. Replaced timing guide.
9. New starter.
10 Did timing and have all three positions aligned
but I still have crank but no start problem.

Is there both spark and fuel to the engine? Will it start with starting fluid?

If you have both, recheck timing, check compression. Let me know what you find.
