Cooling fan not activated when above "normal" temperature?

The engine cooling fan does not activate once the engine temperature is above "normal" or center of the gauge range. New CCRM and Temp sensor. If temperature sensor unplugged, with engine running, the fan will operate at High speed. Turning A/C on does nothing as far as activating the fan.

We need to check the connections at the CCRM. Here is a guide to help check the power, grounds and connections. Make sure you are getting power from the PCM relay. I have included the wiring diagrams for the fan motor in the images below.
