I have a coolant leak and it is practically pouring out I used a whole bottle. Why is this happening? I also noticed that the coolant bleeder valve is broken. It is made of plastic shaped like a letter T both sides where broken off. Could that be why my coolant is pouring out? Here is the part I am talking about. It had blue tube attached to the bottom I believe, but my daughter said it was green I do not know if that makes a difference.

The cooling system is a pressurized system so if the bleeder is cracked or broken then coolant will leak out once the engine gets hot or the water pump builds enough pressure. So if this is broken we need to start with repairing it.

Here is a guide that will help with this in more general terms:

The only issue I am having is finding a bleeder valve for this vehicle. I am going through the manual and no seeing this valve so I am hoping you can get a picture of what you are seeing is broken.

I am attaching below the information on how to drain and fill the system and an exploded view of the system so you can try and identify the part that is broken.

Let's run through this material and let us know what questions you have. Thanks
