No power or heat or A/C or no lights on, but everything in SUV works. All power and checked all fuses and change new ones and still nothing. I took it and do I need new unit I can get for $125.00 or what is a module? What's it look like or where in SUV can I find it? Thanks

Good evening,

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. you need to test the 2 fuses I circled for power as they provide power to the control head.

I attached the connector diagram for you to verify the 2 powers to the control assembly.

If you have power then the unit is bad. If you do not then you have either a fuse issue or a wiring issue.
