I have one middle vent blowing cold air and passenger vent blowing cold air. Drivers side is hot. I tried to see if the blender actuators were working but a little hard to see. Would bad blenders be the issue? I put gauge on A/C line and it went to red and said system malfunction.

It does sounds like the drivers side actuator is not working. here is a guide to help walk you through the repairs with diagrams for your car below. Do you have dual climate control?

Okay, I checked the blend doors and all seem to be working. I cycled all the settings and saw the actuators moving. The car is a single climate control I believe cause there are no controls on passenger side. Is there anything else that would cause hot air on drivers side?

Can you take a picture of your climate controls so I can see them? If it is just one side not working it is either a blend door actuator or inside the heater plenum a door has broken which means the plenum will need to be replaced. You can upload the picture in your response.

Yep, signal control. It looks like you have a broken blend door. you will need to remove the heater plenum. here are instructions and diagrams to help you get the job done. Start by draining the coolant and disconnecting the battery. Also you will need to discharge the AC system. here are guides to help check out the diagrams below.

Ok I went into it and all the blend doors are working. It is odd there is cool air blowing out the passenger middle vent but hot air blowing out drivers middle vent. It all comes from same vent. It T's right before vents. So it has same feed. I charged it last summer and when I tried this summer the gauge went strait to red and said maintenance required. What else could be the cause of this

Did you try removing the blend door actuator and moving the pivot to see if the temp changes? It sounds like you have a blend door that has broken internally.
