If the engine ran before the PCM swap it is not programmed correctly. Can I ask if the security light is flashing? If so, this will be the problem, you might want to try a hard system reboot.

This guide can help you:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/step-by-step-guide-performing-a-hard-system-reboot-for-your-vehicles-electronics-systems

I would also check the fuse # 16 and 17 in the fuse panel under the hood. Also, you might want to try swapping out the auto shut down relay as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

How does the engine sound when cranking over? Can you upload a short video of the engine cranking so I can see if the engine has a problem? If not, we should do a compression test.

Here is a guide to help:

Okay that is good this means the crankshaft sensor is working.

P1684 - Battery/PCM Power Interruption:

P1282 - Fuel Pump Relay Control Circuit Malfunction:

Do you still have these codes? I have seen the coil pack go bad and cause the intermitted spark issue. I would swap out the fuel pump relay and then clear the codes again. Take a video with your phone and upload it here in your response like an image. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

So when you tightened the coil it stopped running? If so, the coil sounds bad, and I would replace it.

Yep, this is a sign of low compression, I would get a gauge to check it so we don't chase our tails, we need to make sure the engine is in good shape.
