I was told by a friend it could be the starter relay, syllenoid or an electrical modum. When I called Chrysler, they said it was probably one of those things and not the starter itself.
Any ideas?

When I turn the key to my ignition, there are no sounds made and the car will not even attempt to turn over. All the lights, automatic windows and a/c work. The radio and time portion of the vehicle do not. The battery has been tested and it is fully charges.
