2002 Chrysler Grand Voyager Front Wheel Drive Manual 75000 miles

My ABS light and air bag light have come on and remain on and my car is making a strange whining noise. All this has started since my next door neighbours car was set on fire. Could this be caused by smoke damage?

Not sure of why the noise is happening but need to find out the source to better support a theory.

When does the whining happen? I can't hear it.

There are codes that need to be read with a scanner. Have them read and post them.
