not certain what you mean by that..

you mean the brake LIGHTS don't work but the high-mount (third) brake light does?

yes the hi mount brake onley one workes

check for faulty brake light switch, located under driver dash above brake pedal. the third brake light uses different circuit so it will still work if the brake light switch fails.
