Hazard flasher switch 95 Tahoe

How do you replace the hazard flasher switch and is there a relay that may need to be replaced? My flashers do not work

If the lights light when the switch is engaged, then it is the relay.

Hopefully that's all it is, as any car parts store will have the part and show you where it is.
