1999 Chevy Tahoe Pressure Regulator

After asking several people who work at auto supply stores, they said my problem is a Pressure Regulator, so I bought one for $90, and now for the life of me, can't figure out where it goes. Where is the Pressure Regulator located?

The regulator is under the upper intake manifold and the manifold will have to be removed to access it.
