Checked fuel pressure 50 psi. There r no trouble codes. It would start and keep running after primed until shutoff. I disconnected the connector behind the trottle body (next to where the fuel lines enter at the intake manifold) to make sure pins were clean. Now it will only run until prime is gone. Not sure how to trouble shoot the injection system :

Sorry for the late reply.

If you have the spider fuel system, that system is noted for problems. Key on engine off, the fuel pressure is 60--66 psi, start up fuel pressure can be critical. This for 5.0 and 5.7L engine.

Also, for your fuel injectors, I'd want to check voltage and ground, engine cranking.

I realize this is an old post. In the future, hope you don't have any vehicle issues, but, if you do, keep the site in mind. They are always working to improve the site and it's free.

Have a good day.
