Window won't go up

Chevy silverado P/u truck year 2000, V6, 72,000 miles

my window switch on the drivers door will not engage & I can't get my drivers side window to go up.

The passenger side window works fine.

Is this a fuse?

Do you have the tools to check power, if so pull the switch out and check the drivers window for power, if you have power on both sides pull the door panel, and check the regulator for binding and the motor for power and ground
