I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado, 1500 series pickup.I can't get the drivers side power window up. It's all the way to the bottom. It will go up about maybe an inch, or even two, then it will just stop. It can go back down on it own power, but up more then an inch or two and it stops, kinda like it's binding up. It has been working, but the last few days, it sounded kind of gritty.I'd atleast like to get it up and closed.

The gears might be binding up. I do not know the remady at this time. But have seen window like this and what I did was get the window up as far as you can, then wiggle it back and forth while pulling up on the glass, you might be able to get it up, while hitting the up switch each time it goes up a little.
Let me know if this works for you.

. No didn't budge any further off the deck. Wiggling it wouldn't even budget it. Thanks though.
