2000 Chevy Silverado fuel

I am not getting a fuel pressure at the schrater valve, I have put two new fuel pumps in checked the fuses and replaced the fuel filter, what other problems could it be?

It could be quite a few differnt things. Do you have acces to the wiring diagram for the fuel pump, and do you have a volt meter or test light.

Yes I can get a volt meter, I have taken the tank down and will test it tonight, I took the tank down while working in -24 degree weather so I will go inside and thaw out for a while before going back to work on it

Did you get voltage at the pump when you cycle the key on. If so is there a voltage drop on the ground. What did you find?
