My brake pedal is hitting the floor when trying to stop. Pumping the brake pedal does not help. COuld the front brakes need changing? If so, is there special notes or tips for changing the front brakes?

Check master cylinder fluid level. If good then failure of master cylinder internal seals is fault

Thanks very much. So the primary issue for the brake petal hitting the floor is master-cylider related and not an issue with the front brakes? I know that I have had to change the front brakes on this truck at least every 20k miles as they go through them kinda quickly. I know its been about 20k since the front brakes were changed and figured the problem was with the front brakes.
