1992 Chevy Silverado no brake pedal when applying brakes

There is no pedal when stopping vehical pedal goes almost to floor before brakes start working. We just bleed the lines and there is no air. What else could it be?

If there's no leak anywhere sounds like the master cylinder has an internal leak

Do you have a leakage anywhere -such as the calipers/wheel cylinders/lines-If it has and ABS unit check that too.

No leaks anywhere, I think it has ABS in back only, it is a 1992 chevy silverado c1500.

Did you bench bleed the M/C before you bleed the wheels. Bleeding procedures-the M/C, ABS unit then the wheels.
