My ac in my 1995 silverado truck is blowing hot air all the time.

Get some guages and check the pressure in the system.

While AC is on, low side should be between 40 - 45 psi
High side will be between 200 - 250 psi.

If you just stick guages on w/ AC off, then pressure should be even between both sides.

Maybe 50 - 65 psi both High and low.

Another quick way to tell is if you turn on the A/C and the clutch doesn't kick in.
Usually means no pressure. So an empty or low system.

On my 91 Chevy, it will cause the A/C display on my panel to blink.
